TERMS OF SERVICE - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In-Shop Laptop / Desktop Repair Services have $49 Diagnostic / Estimate Fee, Upfront and Non-refundable, which will be deducted from the labor charge only if the service is approved once being given he diagnostic / estimate. Our Computer / Laptop Repair Rates are priced at competitive Flat Rates and more than one service may be required to fix the problem(s). We normally service all our equipment on a first-come first-served basis and we require 1 to 2 business days for most Hardware and Software Diagnostics / Estimates.

      Rush Diagnosis / Estimate can be GUARANTEED within 4 hours for a $50 fee or you can choose a WHILE YOU WAIT Diagnostic / Estimate for a $90 fee ($120 on Saturday) and a technician will start working on it immediately. Normal repair time is 1 to 3 business days, but a Rush Service / Repair can be guarantee  within 24 hours for a $100 fee. Rush Services are not always available and limited by the parts we have in stock, and is therefore not guaranteed to be available for all systems. Systems with more than one problem may also need a longer time to diagnose. Additional time may be required for ordering and availability of parts. Parts will be purchased / supplied by PRO Computers only as the company doesn't accept third parties parts.       I understand that data recovery and/or data backup may not be possible and a loss of data and/or software may result from diagnostic testing and/or repair services. PRO Computers, LLC assumes no responsibility for any software program, data loss, or data restoration. PRO Computers, LLC assumes no financial responsibility for data not recovered and/or unrecoverable in excess of the quoted data backup fees.

        POLICY & WARRANTY: Standard warranty is 90 days. Laptop purchased parts have 90 days replacement warranty and desktop hardware parts come with 1 year warranty. Software is not under this warranty. Opening of the laptop or desktop by any other person it voids the warranty. In the warranty period, we will guarantee our work with problems originally described. Due to the nature of this type of service, if any other problems occur different from the originally described will not be covered. If you have a broken laptop that is critical for your business, please find other way to take care of your business while your broken laptop is at our repair facility. We are not responsible for your business loss when your laptop is in service, including warranty service. Warranty  will not include the return shipping cost. All laptops serviced by us will be covered under warranty above and all service fees include shipping cost are not refundable. A diagnostic / estimate will be sent to your email address, we will not take the responsibility when problem occurs if you don't get updated information about your service from us. If payment has not been made within 30 days from the date we send original invoice, your laptop will be parts out and all parts will belong to the property of PRO Computers, LLC. All balance has to be paid in full before your laptop leaves our facility. I understand that any items not claimed and paid for within (30) days will become property of PRO Computers, LLC and all data will be removed from the hard drive. I understand that PRO Computers, LLC will make (2) attempts to contact me by email at at the email address provided. We are not taking responsibility for any data lost during the repair process and we strongly advise you to make complete system backups before shipping or bringing your laptop for repair.

      PRIVACY: PRO Computers, LLC, employees will never look at the information stored on your hard drive. We limit access to customer information databases, and only authorized employees can access the repair process for our customers' laptops / desktops/ hard drives. PRO Computers, LLC,  will never use any activities such as selling, renting, or giving away your personal information for any circumstances.
